We warmly welcome Antony Fredriksson, the newest member of our team. Antony is a postdoctoral researcher of philosophy at Åbo Akademi University, Finland, where he also earned his doctorate in 2015. His current research project “The Art of Attention: Intersubjectivity in the Philosophy of Perception” addresses fundamental epistemological and existential questions concerning the faculty of attention. His research is related to current attempts to elaborate an intersubjective understanding of perception: how we see, not only as individual subjects, but also through the help of others and shared practices. At the Centre his research will focus on the concepts of attention and intersubjectivity in the phenomenological tradition.ň
